We are officially in the “you can’t make this up” category. This is the third invitation this week into self-care. And it is no coincidence that this precedes the Lion’s Gate and upcoming eclipse.
The essential meaning of this card is: “Nourishment, healing, healthy foods, focusing on being at home and comfortable in your skin, self-love, feeling that you are a priority in your own life.”
What I am particularly called to in the foregoing is being comfortable in your own skin. So much is happening in these amplified energetics that it can feel like our skin is crawling or that we just don’t want to be in the human suit any longer - it doesn’t seem to fit.
This odd feeling/sense is hitting the light workers and starseeds first to prepare the way for when reality dissolves for the masses and the question of what it means to be human can no longer be avoided.
Self-care is also an invitation into acceptance, self-love, and recognition of inherent worthiness that allows more of our authentic expression to come forth.
We each deserve well-being on all levels - mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
In addition, we each deserve nourishment in all areas of our lives. We are beginning to learn what this means and to allow ourselves to receive it.
Today, we are invited to let go of what is draining us and to find what resources us instead. If you are feeling overwhelmed, is there anything superfluous that you can release from your “to do” list?
Will you make space for a nap, some exercise, time in nature, or simply focused breathing?
Will you make time for healthy foods and extra water?
What would nourish your heart?
Are you willing to ask for it and allow yourself to receive it?
Repeated messages are Spirit’s way of saying this is really important. Again, this is the third message focused on self-care this week, and the timing is not random.
