Already Underway…

Good morning! As I sat to write this post before beginning my day, I asked Spirit what would be most helpful to discuss today. Interestingly, I heard that we are all asking questions and wondering when things are/will change. Some are specific questions that you may have been asking. Some are asking general questions about when things are going to change.

Change is here, already. It is happening within each of us and through us. Sometimes it becomes frustrating to wait. As we have been discussing, the invitation is to live fully into each day and step out of the habit of waiting for the future before we _________ (fill in the blank). Or waiting for XYZ to happen before we feel that we can open and embrace our inspirations and/or passions.

Today is the day, my dear friends! There is no better time. Even if all you do is spend one minute on something that inspires your heart and takes you towards where you want to be, that is enough to create momentum and to embrace living it today. It will also show you what you believe about yourself and what you may wish to shift.

Then, the invitation is to RELAX, breathe, and be like water allowing yourself to move through life as life force energy moves through you.

It is time to love and believe in yourself and to make your dreams come true. Live as if they already are true!
