Bare

Today we have another invitation into a deeper relationship with self.

We are invited to trust and to love ourselves.

We are invited to be seen and not turn away.

This is an important practice at this time. For as we expand in our perceptions and senses, we awaken our telepathic capacities. As we embrace ourselves with love, we facilitate this awakening. Because love and compassion are the keys to our empathic nature and our empathy is the key to the development of our telepathic abilities.

Are you willing to be bare to yourself?

Are you willing to be with yourself, look at yourself and love yourself?

If you find yourself turning away, gently ask yourself why - and - then, love yourself and encourage yourself to look again.

You are beautiful in all of your permutations of light and shadow.

You are loved and you are enough - exactly as you are.

And only you can unlock the door to more of your awareness, empathy, and your latent abilities.

And so it is, in love.

have you ever dreamed
that you were unclothed
and quickly you tried
to grow your hands
to cover your body
to hide the vulnerability?

and then you woke up
with your heart beating quickly
and your mind finally settling
after realizing this dream
was not really real.

but what if it was real
what if you were unclothed,
seen and vulnerable
in all of your natural beauty
but instead of covering yourself up

you discovered
you were accepted
and loved
and even shining
emotionally undressed,
just as you are.
