Be Alive, Start Today

Today’s invitation is to be happy today. There is no reason to wait for the “perfect” moment.

We have learned that certain criteria must be fulfilled before we can be happy. This is false. Happiness does not mean that everything must be perfect in all areas of our lives or in the world.

Happiness is allowing ourselves to feel awe, wonder, and gratitude. There is no reason to wait! When we are able to find reasons to be happy now, we draw more happiness into our lives.

And joy, happiness, and laughter are contagious! Therefore, allowing ourselves to be happy not only improves our lives, it is an act of service.

Happiness does not have to be complicated, nor does it have to make sense. It is a process of allowing ourselves natural state of being to come forward. It is allowing our heart to lead, rather than our minds.

In other words, happiness evinces a state of alignment and heart coherence.

Are you willing to connect with your heart space through your breath and then call to mind a memory, a dream, a person, an animal, or even a fantasy that always makes you smile? Allow yourself to feel this smile? Does it make you laugh? Perhaps, it brings forth tears of joy? Perhaps it causes you to laugh and cry at the same time? What do you notice about your body; and about your frequency?

Be grateful and keep this practice in your tool kit for a quick frequency “tune up” whenever you need it. 🥰💫🌀
