Be Assertive

Today, we are greeted by Cougar Spirit, who encourages us to claim our sovereignty and empowerment. This is a reminder that when we go within, we find our connection with self and Source.

Making this connection allows us to feel safe and trust, which is key to embracing our empowerment from a place of humility. This allows us to access states of unity and oneness.

Cougar spends time in silence and observation. Then, when opportunity appears, Cougar leaps into action. Cougar embodies confidence and knows where to go and what to do, even when traversing unfamiliar territory.

This is a reminder that your soul knows the same. Indeed, your Higher Self knows your life plan and is involved in everything that happens in your experience.

Thus, Cougar invites you to step forth into your day and your experiences with courage, knowing that when you stay connected within you will achieve success - even when you are stepping forth into the unknown.

Take a few moments to come into heart coherence as you begin your day. Breathe gently and slowly into your heart space. You may wish to call forth the presence and support of Gaia and your guidance team.

Picture your day the way you desire it to unfold. Allow yourself to imagine details and how you feel as you find grace, ease, joy and success through your day.

Observe everything as you go through your day and be willing to leap when opportunities present themselves. Are you willing to take action when opportunities arise? Why or why not?

Make a practice of connecting within at any point during your day to maintain or reset your frequency, if needed.

Later, reflect upon your day. What do you notice? Do you experience the importance of setting your frequency and how you are always at choice and empowered?

Does it assist you in feeling safe and in trusting in yourself, in life, in Spirit?
