Today’s invitation is to allow yourself to be seen. So often, we have been encouraged to not be seen, to not stand out, to not be different. This was part of the old mechanisms of control and power. Yet, each one of you is unique and brings unique gifts to the world.

This is a call to allow self-judgment and the judgments of others to fall away. It is an invitation to allow shame and guilt to dissolve. It is an invitation to let go of fear and to know you are safe.

You are all allowed to take up space, Beloveds. And your light is needed.
