Beauty

Today’s invitation is to find something beautiful in your day and allow it to inspire you.

Irises are one of my favorite flowers - especially the purple ones. As I was wandering around Seattle today, I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this beauty, which took my breath away.

As I continued to wander, I came upon countless examples of the mystery and magic of nature. Some of which I am including herewith. What was most poignant was the realization that there was beauty everywhere I looked.

Are you willing to put down your phone, turn off the distractions and tune into what is around you?

What do you find when you do?

If you struggle to find uplifting things keep looking and make a game of it. When you start noticing beauty and wonder, do you then begin to experience more of it?
