Beyond The Mind

Today, we are invited to go beyond the limitations of the mind. The physical mind is a beautiful part of our avatars and has profound abilities. However, it has spent the majority of its focus in survival consciousness. This focus limits our ability to tap into the other capacities of the brain and the connectedness to our higher minds.

With the incoming light codes, plasma light, and activations, this focus is shifting. Our conscious awareness facilitates this shift as we discover what we are thinking and believing, rather than operating on autopilot and reticular survival.

We then are able to heal and work through limiting beliefs. We are also able to release what no longer serves us and step into more of life and active co-creation.

Healing and releasing allows us to step beyond logic as well because we become more able to trust and to step into faith. Logic in many ways has served us well, but it too is limited as there is so much more to our experiences than we have been taught or than we have allowed. Logic is also based on the past and may keep us stuck therein. Logic may make it exceedingly difficult to be fully present.

Thus, Spirit encourages us today to go beyond the limitations of our minds and to play in infinite potentiality. This is where we may access our gifts and superpowers.

Take the time to quiet the mind and breathe into your heart space. As you breathe a little slower and a little deeper, notice the rhythm your body finds naturally. Ask for the presence and support of your guidance team and Gaia. As you feel, hear, see, sense, know, or imagine their presence, allow yourself to feel safe and held in this space.

Ask for them to reveal to you where you have active limiting beliefs.

Where are these beliefs holding you back?

Are you acting out of fear, worry, or concern? Are you in resistance or avoidance?

If so, why?

Where do these fears and beliefs come from? How far back in your life can you find instances where you felt these fears?

Are you able to see these experiences from different angles?

Are these fears real?

How are you participating in these energies?

Are you willing to allow yourself to simply be for 15 minutes or more today? As you do so, what do you notice? If you find you become even more restless or agitated, are you willing to continue breathing and allowing?

When we take the time to come into presence, we realize that we have more space and time to deal with things than we may have believed. Outside of a true physical emergency, there is always more time than the mind believes we have. Practicing this exercise will allow you to step outside the limitations and constrictions of the mind and facilitate your access to more of you no matter what is happening in your life. These are the parts of you that are always connected with Spirit and always have a plan even if it takes us longer to understand than we might prefer.
