Coming Out of Winter

The world is coming out of a deep slumber - both Gaia and humanity are being reborn. Not coincidentally, we have also recently crossed over the birthing portal of the zodiac.

There is an inner strength that is waking within fostered by the Cosmic and Solar light bombarding the planet and that emitted from Gaia herself. This is igniting the fire within each person that is ready and willing to allow it. It is activating a strength and remembrance - it is waking us up.

This is a process. And, we are reminded today to allow that process. As humans, we often do not have patience, but rather want things the way we want them, when we want them - especially when it pertains to change. Such desire is born out of seeking the new level of familiar and comfort - the knowingness that all is going to be okay.

The light igniting our inner divine spark in conjunction with the deconstruction of the external structures result in many feeling out of sorts. There is a great deal of reactive energy surrounding us as well. These energetics lend themselves to experiences and feelings of chaos, drama, and greater uncertainty.

We are encouraged to cultivate our patience and to allow ourselves to integrate all of the changes that are happening above and below the surface. There is so much more happening than we know. One might even say that the Earth is going through a significant healing catharsis at this time as it releases old energies and the excess build up of light within. Humanity is similar.

To facilitate the integration of new energetics and the continued release of the old that no longer serves, we are again urged to rest and focus upon self-care. This need not be elaborate, however, it must be something that allows you to connect within, ground, and center. Doing so will allow you to feel greater peace as the energetic tides ebb and flow.

What can you do today to take better care of yourself?

Do you need more rest or quiet?

Would you benefit from more exercise?

Would you benefit from more time in nature?

Are you properly hydrated?

Would you benefit from changing your diet - even for a few days?

What will allow you greater access to your heart center?

What will allow you to cultivate greater patience and greater presence?

Are you willing to embrace the invitation to enjoy the journey as we wake from a deep slumber before the action really begins?

The following excerpt from Abraham through Esther is a potent reminder:

“What true patience is, is knowing that you want it and knowing that it’s coming and actually enjoying the unfolding along the way. Understand that you never get it done. So you might as well be patient. You never get it done, because every time you want and receive, you also receive a new perspective from which to want. Life is a constant unfolding of new desires and then a constant alignment to those desires.
