Slow & Steady
The energies of the month of May will see us experiencing big changes, including big releases and significant healings. It is a time to slow down, breathe, and learn to BE more and do less. This will assist us as we begin to experience more and more of our multidimensionality.
When we slow down we are able to come out of distraction and be more mindful. We are less likely to react or to be impulsive. We are more able to center, ground, and respond in an empowered way to anything that comes into our path.
There is such momentum building that it is easy to become carried away with the desire to move forward. Taking slow and purposeful steps and moving with ease will allow us to continue to open our hearts. It will also foster greater trust and feelings of stability leading to greater balance and harmony in our lives. All of this will actually facilitate the manifestation of our dreams more quickly than if we were to be caught up in the momentum.
It also allows us to stop and smell the roses and to begin to deepen our enjoyment of the beauty and wonders of life here on Earth. We are encouraged to breathe deeply and to take life in - to practice presence.
Take the time to connect within today and breathe into your heart space. Simply allow yourself to be following the flow of your breath in and out. As you relax and settle into your body, allow and intend that all of the tension and stress you may be carrying (known or unknown) be released into the Earth. Intend to ground each breath into the earth and feel yourself coming into greater coherence and alignment. Do you feel your heart open? Do you feel the support and love of your guides?
Ask your guides to reveal to you where you are rushing in life?
Are you allowing yourself to be distracted?
Would you benefit from moving more slowly?
How does your heart feel? Does it need nourishment and care?
Are you taking the time to be present? Are you savoring your experiences? Are you savoring the opportunity to be alive at this time?
Ask your guides to also share what would assist with any healing processes and/or releases that you may be in during this month?
You may wish to repeat this exercise daily during this month of change and anytime you need to connect, slow down and come into coherence.
Remember there is no rush and you never get it done. The journey is the destination.
