Today, we are again greeted by the energies of the Unicorns, who encourage you to remember your self-worth and confidence. When you embrace your innate value and connect with your heart and the divine spark within you, you remember your connection with Source - you remember that you are an infinite being of light. Through this remembrance, you become able to respond to all experiences from a place of love and compassion.

The Unicorns support you today in embracing your connection with your heart and coming into heart coherence through breath. As you do, you allow for greater and more consistent connection with your soul’s wisdom and inner peace. This allows you to be in greater equilbrium and wholeness - to step into greater mastery - and to carry and anchor these higher frequencies.

Are you able to sense or imagine this as you breathe and quiet the mind?

If not, are you willing to simply allow that it is so through your intention?

The Unicorns now invite you to visualize or imagine the Cosmic Ruby of Archangel Uriel (pictured above) in your solar plexus chakra . Sense this light both within you and extending all around you filling your physical and energetic bodies. This light connects you with the higher frequencies of love, compassion and wisdom, as well as common sense.

As you sense/imagine this connection, send with your intention (or visualize) the light of the Cosmic Ruby over anyone, any group, or any place that is in conflict. For an individual, this may include a conflict within, for example, where there is a lack of confidence or self-value or the presence of some other form of fear. As you send this light, intend or visualize the person, group, or place in harmony, in peace, and in solution that benefits the highest good of all.

Know that the Unicorns are also sending their white light in support of your intentions.

This exercise is compassionate action.

It is one way in which we, as energetic beings, are able to support the evolution and peaceful resolution of all conflicts without becoming mired in the drama and chaos of polarity.

And, the Unicorns invite you to become ambassadors of peace in the world both through your own alignment and in sharing compassionate action.
