Deliberate Allowing
Whether you have been hearing “spiritual” concepts for days or for years, we are NOW able to embody these concepts like never before. In other words, we are able to have felt-experiences of these concepts and take them to new levels of understanding and heart-centered knowingness. These felt-experiences then directly relate to our ability to create new and different experiences that show up in our lived reality.
This is profound and begins to reveal to each of us just how powerful we are.
The following quote from Abraham-Hicks is a relative “oldy” and a still very instructive “goody.”
“We want to help you regain clarity about your individual power. Everyone has it. No one can ever take it away from you. No one can ever do anything “bad” to you. No one can assert into your experience. Everything, without exception, comes only by your individual invitation to it. Do you understand the process of asking? When you give something your attention and it becomes your dominant vibration relative to the subject — that is your asking. So, deliberate creating is not so much about looking out into the world and saying, “Oh, there are things that are good that I want to create or attract into my experience, and there are things that are bad that I don’t want to create or attract into my experience.” Deliberate creating is more about deliberate allowing. Deliberate allowing is more like deliberate vibration.” (Abraham-Hicks, San Francisco, CA, March 8, 2003 (emphasis added))
As you read this quote, how does it land for you?
Are you able to feel it as well as think it?
Do you notice examples of it in your lived experience?
Where is your focus in your life today? Is it on the good things in your life? Is it gratitude? Is it on the challenges?
Do you believe you are in charge of you life?
Are you willing to be responsible for every single experience in your life?
Does resistance arise as you consider these questions? If so, how does it show up for you?
Are you willing to play with your focus and see what results it brings as you go throughout your day today?
We would love to hear of your thoughts, feelings, comments and experiences in the comment section below.
