Do Something Fun!

This wonderful picture was shared with me yesterday. It combines multiple loves of mine - scuba diving, octopus, the ocean, and peace. It made me laugh and smile.

It also is an invitation to reframe how we look at life.

It is an invitation to live life more fully.

When we are in survival consciousness, we do not extend ourselves into life for fear of what might go wrong - of what we can’t control - of variables we do not know about and cannot see. We have been taught this from the moment we come into our bodies through watching and listening to those around us. Survival has been a fundamental part of the collective consciousness. It is also what has held the collective of humanity in an old power structure of power over, control and manipulation.

This invitation is to embrace our sovereignty and empowerment and to begin to choose differently in our own lives. It is encouragement to try, to risk, to look around the corner and see what we might find. It is encouragment to find what we need to feel safe and, then, to begin to give ourselves permission to have fun.

What will you choose today that makes your heart full, that makes you laugh, that brings you joy?

Do you feel the shift of your frequency as you do?

Do you feel the power of wonder as it moves through your cells?

Do you feel the inspiration for more expansion? For more of life?

Have fun!

We would love to hear of your experiences in the comments section below.
