The goal of The Knight of Cups is to establish a new equilibrium. This begins within, as with all things.

When we find and learn to maintain our equilibrium, we are more easily able to keep our hearts open. This allows us to experience more instances of magic and miracles. It also allows us to tap into our passions and creativity.

Take the time to quiet your mind and connect with your heart ❤️. Call forth the presence of your guides and angels. What do you see, hear, feel, sense, know, or imagine? Ask them to come closer.

Are you experiencing waves of emotion? Perhaps unexplained anger or joy? Are you finding emotions shift quickly and do not necessarily seem related to what is happening before you? If so, this is an ascension symptom and you are reminded to ground and center. It is normal and an effect of all of the light energies we are being bombarded by.

Are you finding you are triggered more easily? Perhaps by things you thought you’d worked through and released? You are reminded that this too is the old coming forward and will pass - this too is part of the light activations.

Are you attempting to exert control? Why?

Are you feeling obsessive? What is under these feelings?

How are you willing to create a stable foundation for your day? Have you been giving enough time and attention to self-care? Are you taking the time to actively set your frequency?

Are you willing to engage in something creative? Are you feeling inspired? Are you willing to make time to connect with your inspiration?

What does your inner child desire or need?

What do you need today to foster a sense of peace within?
