Emotional Whirlwind

Welcome to the New Moon energies providing us another opportunity to set intentions for what we wish to create in our lives. This is an invitation to allow our hearts to speak and to guide us to opportunities and to vitality.

It is also a time when emotions may feel chaotic and unpredictable. We are having old memories and feelings arise so that we may release, forgive and heal, especially around self-judgment that we internalized as shame and guilt. In fact, it might feel like you are in an old-fashioned emotional washing machine in the current energies.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or are wondering why you have old memories rising that you have dealt with or would prefer to never encounter again, take a deep breath and simply allow the feelings to flow through you. They are up so that they may be released as you begin a new cycle. You do not have to do anything with them and there is nothing “wrong” with you. Such experiences are part of the transformational process we are in at this time. Simply accept, allow and observe.

You may even be surprised with how much relief you feel and even that you are seeing old feelings and experiences in a new light. We each have been doing the work that allows us to release and embrace more freedom. We are the proverbial onion digging down into layer after layer as we embrace and embody greater wholeness.

Know that you are supported in this process and allow yourself to simplify and focus your energy on rest, renewal, and healing ❤️‍🩹

As we learn new rules to this game of life here on Earth, we will begin to embrace all aspects of life as the wondrous and magnificent ride it is. We have the privilege of being embodied here on Earth at this time and have chosen to be here. Each of us is so much stronger than we know and has stamina and resilience we have not even begun to tap into.

May the renewal energies of this powerful new moon 🌑 embrace you with grace and may you be willing to receive that grace and the wonderful potentials for your expansion that they hold. All of this is getting us ready to make our dreams real in 2026 and each of your intentions is a significant part of that creation. 💖
