Equinox and New Equilibrium

Today, we are in the energies of the Autumnal Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. This is a moment of balance and harmony as it is a day of equal day and night. It is also happening in the Libra mansion which embodies balance, among other things.

This is the in and out breath of the solar cycle and your invitation is to focus on bringing balance to self through each breath you take today. Breathing in balance, and breathing out anything known and unknown, conscious and unconscious that is not serving you.

This is a day to allow things to fall away, rather than trying to hold everything all together. When you do, what do you notice? Do you feel a sense of relief? Do you feel a sense of space?

This is also a day to allow yourself something peaceful, and, perhaps, even something fun. ;) Do you feel the restorative balance of doing so?

Are there any areas of your life that are out of balance? Do you notice the desire for more balance? What stands in the way of more balance in your life? Is there resistance or avoidance? Are you pushing through? Are you being your authentic self? What needs to be released for you to step into greater balance and authentic expression? Are you willing to give equilibrium to yourself and allow yourself a deeper and more consistent harmonious state of beingness?

As you do this for yourself, you also participate in creating a more balanced energy for the collective - which, you may have noticed, is way, way, way out of balance at the moment. Creating and allowing balance and harmony for self is a powerful contribution and an act of service. And, this is also important as the potential for explosive revelation and revolution will amplify in the coming weeks.

Finally, we are still in the energies of the New Moon/Partial Solar Eclipse so it is another opportunity to set your intentions for what you wish to create in your life going forward. We have greater access to the quantum void at this time to set the focus of our energies for the months to come. As you do this consistently and with ever more heart-coherence, the life you wish to create will flourish all around you.

And so it is!
