I was discussing with a friend the other day how it feels like we are on an insland with a category 5+ hurricane swirling all around - the eye of the storm. Indeed, with all of the energies swirling around, each day begins with what needs to be done today and surrender of the rest. Oddly, this has lead to some fantastic productivity - even at moments when it feels like one might rather be in bed.

This is part of the process of allowing and integration.

The energies are coming at us in so many different forms. At one moment there is excitement and exhilaration, at another there is the desire for rest. This is NORMAL for this time of year as we go through “the end of the year funnel” as the guides like to say, and especially so for this year as we are integrating solar, cosmic, interstellar, galactic and planetary energies all at the same time.

There is A LOT going on!

Are you finding the stillness at the center of the storm?

Are you allowing yourself to come back to center?

As this card says, are you contemplating “the Zen garden of your mind?”

This card is an invitation into stillness and simplification. Both of these have been repeated themes in the messages of the last few weeks because they are so important to allow us to integrate and process all of the shifts and changes.

As humans, we have been trained to go, go, go. In fact, when we are not on the go, it may feel like we are failing to “do” something needed or that we will fail somehow or something bad will happen. In some instances, we become addicted to the doing, to the action - even with spiritual matters. If there is no action, there is no “proof in the pudding” so to speak. In other words, something must be wrong. This kicks up the ego mind into survival and resistance.

Today, we are invited to connect within and find our inner essence - the true you. This is an invitation to allow your inner light to shine. There is nothing to do for this; instead it is an invitation into a new way of beingness. Beingness is what allows the old structures and patterns to fall away and simply dissolve so that our true essence may shine through. The holiday season and the hustle and bustle that accompanies it may make this more challenging, especially as people seem to be behaving in a more and more unhinged manner.

Take the time today to come back to your Source within and to allow yourself to feel that you are Source energy. Allow all of the identities that you have picked up along your life path to dissolve as you breathe into the light of Source within you. You may wish to do this while standing in a beam of sunlight.

What is part of your joy?

Allow the wisdom of your heart and your Higher Self to speak to you and guide you. This is your island amidst all of the shifting energies - amidst the storm. Connecting with and exploring this inner wisdom will allow you inner peace and will facilitate the integration of the activations we are receiving. It will allow you to find joy and to feel a new sense of sovereignty and personal power. It will make everything you feel you need to do flow with greater ease and grace.
