Today, we are invited to release all that no longer serves us. And what a synchronous invitation with the full moon in the wee hours of tomorrow in the US.

Energies with the moon open 3 days before and continue 3 days after, generally. And there is an apex in the middle.

So much is coming into our awareness - surfacing from inside of us. As we come into heart coherence, this is a natural part of the process. Sometimes it feels tender, sometimes uncomfortable and it is all leading us to let go of the programming, conditioning, and training we have learned. The proverbial “baggage” as it is often called.

The coming thresholds of the 8/8, the 8/12, the 9/22, and the 11/11 offer us an acceleration in our remembrance and return to wholeness. And we will have multiple opportunities to leave the baggage from every area of our lives behind - indeed, you might think of it as not fitting through the doorway. ;)

Thus, today’s invitation is to connect within via your breath and engage in your daily practices in whatever forms work best for you. As you go through your day focus on the simple and allow yourself to be your authenitic self. Be in your joy and share that with others. As you do so, you will remember more and more of your self-mastery.

And that is precisely the purpose.

Notice what surfaces into your awareness as you go throughout your days, Dearest Ones. Open to the Witness to the Observer. Open to your light and your shadow and allow them to be at home within you. Your allowing is the key to your remembrance, Beloveds.

And so it is, in love!
