Today, we are greeted by the energies of Bear Spirit, who provides us the gift of bravery.
As we have discussed, The Illusion of Separation is the origin of fear in our experience. With our growing awareness and expansion, we are remembering that we are infinite beings of light - a spark of Source energy - and, thus, there is never any lack, there is nothing to fear, and that everything has purpose and is part of our path. As we continue to heal, integrate, and grow, we are learning to be less and less afraid and to trust both in ourselves and in Spirit.
Bear reminds of its presence and support as we navigate the challenges before us both in daily life and on a collective level, encouraging us to step forth with courage. This may mean speaking up against injustice, speaking our truth, stepping forth into uncharted territory, allowing ourselves to be authentic, allowing ourselves to feel, allowing ourselves to come out of story, seeing past illusions, letting go of the past, and so much more.
We are being guided and nudged to come into heart coherece/alignment and to live from the truth of that alignment without fear of loss, missing out, isolation, or retaliation. In other words, we are being asked to become aligned with our Higher Selves and to step forth and bring that energy into all of our experiences.
Bear encourages you to connect with your heart space and to allow any fears, doubts, worries, concerns, hesitations, etc. to surface so that you may shine the light and wisdom of your heart upon them. Know that your guidance team and angels are surrounding you and holding you in love and in light as you do.

What experience or project have you been wanting to try that you have been hesitating about? Why are you hesitating?
Are you willing to go forth and be fearless, recognizing that there are no mistakes and there is no failure?
Are you ready to release old thought patterns about your worth and value?
Are you willing to speak your truth and speak up for yourself?
Are you willing to be you?
Who do you wish to become?
The world is your oyster, Beloveds, and Bear Spirit is among the many that walk with you in love and support each step of the journey to remind you of your voice and your strength. There is no need to fear endings or beginnings for you have all you need inside of you.
