Gratitude

Today, we are greeted by the Spirit of the Bluebell Fairy, who says:

“The more gratitude that you have, the more bounty will fill your life. Cherish the preciousness of all things, and joy will fill your life. The Universe is thankful for you.”

Gratitude is the Abracadabra of the Universe, as my wonderful teacher Marilyn often says. It truly is!

When we are grateful, our vibration naturally rises. This is especially so when we feel it in our hearts - drop into our felt-sense - when we express our gratitude.

Some of us have become disconnected from our hearts and while we believe we “should” be in gratitude, it is more of an automatic statement, rather than a heart-felt one. This is an opportunity to observe how you feel when you are expressing gratitude.

Do you take a moment of presence and truly express appreciation when you receive?

Do you take time before you rise in the morning to greet the day from a state of gratitude?

When we begin our day from a place of gratitude, we create an alchemical energy that helps us to experience what is good and wonderful in every moment.

This doesn’t mean that every moment will be without challenge, but it will assist us to navigate all of the conditions and circumstances we encounter with more ease.

Life is precious and cherishing your life and all of the people around you helps you to live more fully and experience more bounty.

In addition to gratitude, Bluebells symbolize humility. This combination allows us to experience the many small wonders that are all around us.

It also connects us with the elemental realm and an energetic of magic.

Take the time to find observe how you experience and express gratitude throughout your day. Set aside time to feel into all of the things you are grateful for and allow that energy to surround you. Do you feel life force energy all around you? The Universe is grateful for you and Spirit is surrounding you with light and love for all that you are and this profound experience as a human being.
