Inspiration Beyond the Intellect

Today’s message comes to us from the Postcards from Spirit Deck, by Colette Baron-Reid. It says:
“Dearest You,
Do you ever wonder whether your ideas and inspiration might be coming through your soul rather than generated from your mind alone? We are here to tell you we are always whispering in your ear about your highest good. We are conduits for Spirit, letting you know you are a living channel for this awesome co-creative energy. When you’re feeling inspired it means you heard us! Inspiration means Spirit is breathing through you. Inspiration needs your human passion to keep it going so you can make a difference in the world. So keep moving on what inspires you. Let yourself be lead into new experineces and know that this is why you are on earth. Your purpose is to discover your spirited nature and to bring forth through your efforts whatever is meant to be. Wondrous miracles have a way of showing up when you let inspiration propel you forward.
You are so, so loved!”
We are being repeatedly asked to step beyond the confines of the intellectual mind. This is not because the intellectual mind is “bad,” rather it is merely limited. We are being asked to tap into a consciousness that is beyond what is known. Paraphrasing Einstein, the same consciousness that created a problem will not provide a solution. The intellectual mind is steeped in what is known and survival consciousness - this is what it relies upon to address any challenge or issue that arises. This does not allow access to the infinite web of information all around us.
Indeed, it is through our connection to our hearts that we access the quantum field, the vortex, the void, the field (or similar names). This is the space between spaces where all of the information of the Multiverses resides. This is where innovation and invention originate and come forth. Access to the field is why we often see people developing the same new inventions at the same time without knowledge of one another and separated by vast distances - they are accessing the same inspiration within the field. This is the power of creation made manifest.
Our hearts allow us access to this field through our Higher Selves. When we speak of Spirit, it is important to remember that your Higher Self is a part of Spirit and a part of any guidance that you receive. The Higher Self is always connected to the quantum field and through meditation (of whatever sort works for you) we are able to connect with our Higher Mind and Higher Heart; in other words, with our soul’s intelligence that is always connected to Source energy.
As we continue to embrace more of our light body and deepen our access to our Higher Selves, we are being asked to allow our inspirations to lead us. Sometimes this is overwhelming because we do not know where to begin. It is as simple as taking small baby steps in any direction, Beloveds. Your environments will provide you constant feedback. Your bodies will provide you constant feedback. Your hearts will provide you constant feedback. Then, the intellectual mind will assist you in navigating the when, where, whys, and hows. We are being asked to step into a fusion of intelligence that already exists within us.
Take the time today to allow things that inspire you to come into your awareness. What if you could do anything? If you feel overwhelmed at the thought, what feels good to you to do today? Start simply and let it guide you. As you take the time to connect within for even a few minutes each day, you will find you have greater access to your passions, inspirations, and Source intelligence.
