We are in a profound period of change - you may have heard this so much that it causes you to roll your eyes ;)

Nonetheless, it remains true.

In fact, there is so much happening that it is causing even the most skeptical people to ask questions. This is one of many gifts.

This process results in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual changes - even for those that are not participating with conscious awareness. All of these changes need time and space to integrate.

Integration allows us to heal and release resistance. The more resistance we release, the more of these galactic, cosmic, solar, intra-planetary energies we are able to receive and absorb.

When you look at your daily commitments, have you been feeling as though you just don’t have the bandwidth? This may be generally, occasionally, intermittently, or just once.

Have you been sleeping more?

Have you been waking in the middle of the night?

Have you been going to bed very early? Or taking naps in the afternoon?

Have you been feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated?

Have old memories and/or experiences been coming out of nowhere?

Have you been having strange or unpleasant dreams?

All of these are symptoms of the collective birthing process that we are in that will culminate with the Solstice in a few weeks. We will continue to receive catalyzing energies for this birthing process to assist us in being in the best possible alignment for each of us that is in our highest good. And we will continue to calibrate and integrate during these weeks as well.

This is why we are being asked to go within and pursue silence and solitude so that we may resource ourselves as all of this shifting and transformation takes place. The inbetween spaces in the silence and stillness allow us to receive the full spectrum of these evolutionary and transformative energies.

Today’s card invites us to take a few moments to come into silence/stillness, as well as heart coherence. As you do, repeat the mantra of this card 3 times either out loud or within your heart.

The mantra of this card and the surrender into the unconditional love of Source and Spirit will support us in experiencing as much grace as possible. This is particularly significant as things are not going to slow down.

And this connection with self and Source, along with surrender, allows us to accelerate areas of our lives that we are ready to move forward in. We will be discussing this more in upcoming posts. Stay tuned! ;)
