Just Say “Yes”
Good morning, afternoon, evening - whenever this finds you!
Today, I am speaking at the Mt. Shasta SoulSearch Expo. This event has been delightful. I have connected with beautiful people. Some have been searching for years; some have just started. The key is all are welcome! And no matter how long we have been on our journeys we have something to share and something to receive from everyone that crosses our path. Remember, they are another you in another form on the journey of remembrance.
I am speaking this morning on dissolving limitations. We have learned so many limitations throughout our lives. Simply think back to all of the things you learned you “should not” do, think, say, believe, etc. These limitations are dissolving. And with them, all of the other limitations we have also placed upon ourselves. It is indeed an extraordinary time!
These limitations are not bad; rather, they are one of the means that we agreed to transform through. And that transformational process is in bloom and there will be successive and significant waves between now and the 11/11 that will have us waking up feeling like we are completely different people at some point in the process - and perhaps repeatedly.
The invitation is to say yes to what your heart and higher self are asking of you. Greet each day with gratitude and open arms - even if it is full of challenges and the unknown. You are not alone - ever.
Today, I feel that I am stepping into a new unknown. I do not even have the words to describe it. I woke knowing that I was different this morning. That I have bloomed a bit more. And that what is in front of me today will continue that process. There is a stillness and a sense of wonder and playfulness at what the day will bring.
Will you allow yourself that wonder and playfulness?
It doesn’t matter what you are doing today - something fun or something challenging; - it doesn’t matter if you are cleaning the house or hosting a party; it doesn’t matter if you are holding a friend’s hand through something challenging or holding your own hand today. The invitation is to embrace it and be present in way you have not before.
The brain will ask “how do I do this?” It is not a brain question. It is a felt-sense question. Honor yourself. Observe. See if you notice your witness self. Allow your intuition to guide you. Allow yourself to laugh - even at the hard stuff. Allow yourself to bloom.
You are love and you are so deeply loved!
