Metamorphosis

The message for this card is: “You are in the process of deep and beautiful change.”

We are in the process of evolution - breaking free from the old paradigm of consciousness. This is not always an easy process. Sometimes we are afraid that we will make a mistake or do something wrong or miss out on something. These feelings can be amplified when the number of uncertainties far exceeds our growing comfort zone. We may also find we have doubts arising and old thoughts or programs peeking through that we thought we had moved beyond.

This is all evidence, Dearest Ones, that you are in the midst of deep transformation and metamorphosis. It is all part of shedding the old - or, in other words, allowing the old to die so that the new can be reborn. This is a year of completion, as well as new beginnings for one does not exist without the other. We are being asked who do we wish to be in this new beginning - how do we wish to stand in the world and who we wish to be.

This has been a repeated theme of late and underscores its significance. This is a metamorphosis like no other. And, many are having physical illnesses, malaise, tiredness, and other anomalies. Sometimes the motivation is just not there. We are reminded to take time for extra self-care, as well as time to focus on our spiritual practice. Breath is also exceptionally important. These tools will help us to maintain a connection with our inner divinity and allow us to keep a higher, more consistent frequency.

In what ways are you experiencing your life in metamorphosis? Have you changed? Have your friends changed? Have your habits changed? Have your experiences changed?

Are you actively cultivating your frequency during your day?

Where are you putting your intention and attention?

Are you allowing yourself to receive?

Take the time today to ask these questions about all areas of your life and ask your guidance team to reveal to you what areas require your focus and attention. Know that you are in an incubation period, as well as an integration period. Both of which will serve you as you are propelled forward into the active, dynamic, and explosive energies of this year. Preparation allows you to feel safe, trust, and maintain balance. This is the foundation to embrace everything with an open heart.
