Mirror, Mirror…

We often hear that life is a mirror, reflecting back to us the frequency we are emitting. This is becoming ever more important as we learn we are energetic beings creating through consciousness. That reflection carries a great deal of information for us that can help us to unravel our limiting beliefs, as well as assist us in finding flow and synchronicity, among other things.

One of the most important things to remember is that how another reacts to you has very little to do with you at all. Rather, it is based upon their own traumas, triggers, activations, fears, feelings, and beliefs, etc. Remembering this will facilitate detachment, compassion, and the awareness that nothing is personal even if it feels like it is.

Furthermore, your reactions to someone or an event is a reflection of you - your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, traumas, triggers, fears, etc. This is your responsibility and an important aspect of your evolution of consciousness.

Take the time today to being your awareness to what is being reflected back to you from each one of your interactions - both about you and the other person. Additionally, these interactions need not be with humans - pets and wild animals are also excellent sources of information about our frequencies.

What do you notice?

Are you finding ease and grace?

Are you finding flow?

Are you finding uncertainty?

Are you finding that you are feeling stuck?

Are you encountering resistance? Is this resistance within you or another?

Are you finding acceptance?

Are you taking things personally?

As you observe, connect with your heart space and ask for what you need to know to be revealed to you. Continue to focus on your breath, grounding into Gaia. Allow your field to fill up with peace and connectedness. What do you notice about your experiences from this aligned place?

We are learning to live as energetic beings first and how the reflections we experience will allow us to better navigate the tumultuous energies of transition - in other words, we are learning to live in a nonlinear fashion as we embrace our multidimensionality while living in a collective world that still clings to linearity and density.

The wild ride is just beginning! 🎢
