Part of the illusion of separation is the idea that things are spiritual or material. This is false.
Indeed, embodiment is about Spirit becoming physical to experience creating matter.
Stop for a moment and really reflect upon this.
You are Spirit in Matter. You came into Matter to create through Matter.
Everything that you do is Spiritual.
You are the bridge.
You are the light of Spirit in Matter.
You came at this particular moment in the illusion of time to create massive change through the shift in consciousness - through the reclamation of sovereignty and empowered presence. No wonder it is full of challenges. And, also, what an incredible time to be alive and embodied.
The invitation for us now is to become more embodied and to really begin to play with creation - to play with matter - to play with frequency - to play with new rules.
As you reflect upon this and breathe into your heart center, are you willing to receive the wisdom of your soul - the wisdom of your heart intelligence - that is surfacing from within you?
You are the key.
You are Spirit and Matter.
And today is a new day.
In love, always and all ways.

“Spiritual versus Material are not the choices. Everything about this physical manifestational experience is spiritual. It is all the end product of spirit. You have nothing to prove. Be the spiritual you and create like a physical fiend.” (Abraham-Hicks, Virginia Beach, VA, April 12, 1997).
