Paradigm Shift
Welcome to the Total Solar Eclipse and New Moon of April 8, 2024, which brings us to a truly significant portal of transformation.
This is true simply because it is a total solar eclipse with a new moon, and more so with its combination with a Mercury Retrograde. The potential for shift and change may be radical, combustible, and/or abrupt.
Today we have a doorway to possibility and access to the quantum field of creation in a profound way. We have the opportunity to choose between the old paradigm of power, control, and heirarchy and a new paradigm based on love, compassion, and oneness.
In this energy, we are specifically given the opportunity to let go of our traumas and wounding, of lack consciousness, of struggle and suffering, of negative thought patterns, stuck or stagnant energy, of regret, hurt, or failure - from this lifetime and other lifetimes. We also have the opportunity to integrate our shadow and learn how to show up authentically in relationships (with self and with other). And, we have the opportunity to let go of self-doubt.
Being willing to capitalize on these opportunities with this new moon total solar eclipse, gives us the opportunity to be “shot out of a canon” into a new cycle.
In support of this, the increase in solar energies acts as a catalyst to ignite the electromagnetic fields of Gaia and our individual cellular structures. It infuses everything with more energy and invites us to embody even more consciousness and more of our soul energy - both individually and as a collective. Such embodiment is part of the ascension process and results in us being more balanced, more empowered, more active, conscious creators of our realities. We also have greater access to vitality and youthfulness.
Thus, this is a particularly significant opportunity to set intentions as part of a new moon ritual. Pay special attention to your thoughts and words at this time - doing so will help you to recognize what vibration you are emitting and, thus, what you are creating. Bring balance wherever you need it and remember to stay grounded during this time. The combination of balance and being grounded will help you to be aware of what you are really asking for when you set an intention and facilitate the manifestation of something you truly wish to create.
