Permission Slip

We have spoken often about discovering your beliefs because what you believe, whether consciously or unconsciously, is what you will create. In other words, whatever you believe - you will be right.

That is part of the beauty of living in a world of reflection. It allows us to see what we believe and affords us the opportunity of awareness and thus the chance to shift our experience.

We are being asked to allow life to change us; to allow change to move through us. This often happens most when we find a “permission slip,” something that allows us to give ourselves permission to believe, to try, to take risks, to open to possibility, and to open to receive. Permission slips allow us to take off limitations we have placed upon ourselves and our perceptions.

Are there areas of life in which you are not allowing yourself permission?

What is the experience giving to you that you are not ready to let go of? Or perhaps what is it that you feel you cannot let go of? How is the experience serving you?

Are you willing to investigate and to step out of your comfort zone?

Are you willing to see what is in the unknown?

What do you need to give yourself permission to do so?

This can be something small or something large. And, once you begin practicing, it becomes easier to give yourself permission around other things in your life. Soon you will find expansion happening in all areas of your life.

What permission slip will you give yourself today?

We would love to hear of your experiences in the comments section below.

This is also reflected in this excerpt from Abraham-Hicks from Salt Lake City, Utah, on September 9, 2000:

“Is this pill really an effective pill? Is this process really an effective process?”

Anything that causes you to allow what you desire is the process of coming into alignment. And so, we’re not, in any way, validating or invalidating anything.

Many offer their “dog and pony show” as being the one that works. And good for all of them. We applaud anything that assists someone in allowing the Well-being, that they so much want and deserve, to flow.”
