Today’s invitation is to drink more water. Hydration is critical to assist us in processing all of the energies coming in, as well as to integrate all of the healing and transformation that is underway within each of us. The beautiful work of Masaru Emoto captured what we are beginning to understand - water is a living energetic system that is responsive to its surroundings.

The invitation today is to bring your conscious awareness and intention to the water you are drinking. Take a few moments to express your gratitude and love for the water, feel that well up within your heart space as you direct your attention towards the water. Intend that this water assists you in the process of transformation, release and integration of all that is in your highest good so that you are filled with inner peace and equilibrium as you go through your day. Feel that this is done and express thanks.

You may wish to express love and gratitude with each sip you take through the day as well.

What do you notice? Does the water taste differently? Does the water feel differently? Do you feel differently - even if you can’t quite explain how? Does your day move with more grace and flow?

Do you feel more able to tap into hope?

This is the crystal that was produced when hope was infused into this water. It is multifaceted and beautiful.

Does it kindle the hope within you to sparkle? Will you allow it to do so?
