We are already in the energies of this Harvest Full Moon. 🌕 Full moon’s allow us the opportunity to create space by releasing what no longer serves or supports us. This too is the message of today’s card.

When we clear the past, we heal the present. We are no longer acting under old programs, obligations, or false senses of identity. We are instead able to embrace our empowerment in the no moment. We are able to choose from our authenticity and integrity.

As preparation for this new moon, take the time to breathe deeply into your heart space and come into heart coherence. Once aligned, imagine, visualize or sense a beautiful rain falling down upon you and cleansing and clearing all that you no longer need. With each breath, the rain gentle washes away anything that no longer serves you. You might also wish to take a walk on the beach and dip your toes in the water or, better yet, go for a swim. 🏊 If you are not near the beach, you might try a lake or a stream - or even an intentional shower. If you happen to be blessed to be somewhere where it is raining today, a lovely walk in the rain is perfect - or a dance ;) 💃

Have fun with it. Commune with yourself, with the water, with the Earth, and with your Spirit team. There is much to harvest from all of the work over the preceding months of this year. We are integrating physical and emotional healings, releasing other-life limitations, dissolving limitations on our perceptions, deepening into forgiveness of self and other, expanding our capacity for compassion, and embracing new levels of freedom. This is a powerful harvest.
