Slow and Steady

We are accustomed to life moving quickly. This is part of our conditioning and programming. It is revealed by our constant push to do, rather than to be. Yet, in these times of transformation, we often cannot see where we are going to next. This frequently results in anxiety, overthinking, impulsiveness, or an unwillingness to move at all - all of which result from a lack of safety.

Today, we are reminded that we are safe and that we have different ways in which we are able to perceive. Indeed, the limitations on our perceptions are dissolving more each day. While this is a process, we are also learning to cultivate more of our own safety within and to be in the unknown.

This process sometimes requires us to slow down for we miss things when we are moving too quickly. As we slow down, we notice more details, more textures and colors - more information - which allows clarity, answers, and options to surface from within us and also be reflected in our experiences.

Stillness offers us the same. This does not mean that one must practice hours of meditation; rather, stillness may be accessed within a few breaths with intention and focus. In slowing down, we naturally begin to open to stillness. And, if we are willing to allow the initial discomfort, we find that the stillness is rich and full of peace, equilibrium, and information.

This is an invitation to relax into the present moment for therein lies presence. It is also an invitation into our own empowerment. For in presence, we are not reactive, impulsive, or resistant. Instead, we become open and receptive.

This allows us access to the quiet whisper of our intuition and our vast inner wisdom. It also allows for possibilities and solutions to magnetize to us unexpectedly and as if by magic. It allows us to feel and sense energetic currents within us and around us. It allows us to recalibrate as we see through the illusions our mind creates out of survival.

This invitation is not passive. It asks for diligence and consistency in our awareness and our frequency. It is intentional surrender and letting go of our grip and need to control. In so doing, we find the treasure of safety and learn a deeper sense of trust - one that is not conditional.

If we are willing to allow the unknown - to allow questions to remain unanswered - to allow feelings without solutions, we access profound answers and the great treasure of peace and stability.

Are you willing to allow the unknown today?

Are you willing to move slowly?

Are you willing to listen for the whispers of your soul and inner knowing?

Do you notice discomfort in areas of your life?

Do you notice where things are foggy or in limbo? Do you feel the need to act to fix this feeling? Are you willing to simply allow it to be?

Are you in resistance or finding distractions?

Will you use your breath to bring you back to presence in this moment?

What do you notice as you begin to move more slowly?

As you deepen in relationship to your inner knowing, Beloveds, you will find more grace and ease arising from within you that will allow you to navigate safely through any fog. Let your light shine from within. And so it is❣️
