Thriving In The Unknown
Circles of Healing, Alana Fairchild
Today, we are welcomed to embrace the unknown. The unknown triggers the ego-mind to desire control. In the absence of control, the ego-mind is in resistance and avoidance. The ego-mind uses logic based upon the past in order to survive. This is its purpose. The logic and ego of the mind are not our enemies; rather, they are purposeful and part of being human.
However, they cannot predict or understand the unknown or the future.
We are being invited into a new moment of now and a future that are at higher frequencies. For some, this invitation exacerbates their fears of the unknown. The mind cannot conceive of what might be possible as it has no reference points. Furthermore, the consciousness that exists in the past is not the frequency of the future. As such, everything to the mind is a potential monster hiding in the bushes. This often lends itself to feelings of overwhelm, being stuck, frustration or anger, disassociation, or malaise.
And this is further increased when we witness such immense amounts of chaos in the collective.
The mystery of the unknown, however, contains amazing gifts, including innovations, new inventions, and new experiences. You may be familiar with the Einstein quote: “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” There are amazing solutions to all of the current problems facing the planet, the collective, and individuals that already exist in the quantum field. As we elevate in frequency, we will tap into the quantum realm and create even more solutions. These will lead to a revitalization and restoration of Gaia into Eden, as well as incredible longevity, rejuvenation, healing, and expansion for humanity.
The possibilities are truly limitless.
To facilitate this, we are being encouraged more and more to deepen into a new level of consciousness and new levels of trust with ourselves and the Universe. In this vein, today’s exercise invites you to come into heart coherence by breathing gently and slowly into your heart space. Allow your breath to slow and deepen into a natural rhythm. When you have reached this rhythm, call to mind a memory, a dream, a person, a place, an animal - anything that brings a smile to your face. Hold this in your mind’s eye and your heart and allow yourself to open as you smile and feel the joy that this memory, dream, person, place, animal, etc. elicits within you.
Then, gently open your eyes into a soft focus and gaze upon the Celtic knot mandala above. Spend several minutes exploring this mandala with a soft focus.
What does it reveal to you? Do you feel a sense of connectedness? Do you feel peaceful?
Ask your guidance team for a message with regard to what you most need to know at this time and allow your eyes to continue to focus upon the waves of energy moving through this mandala. Listen with all of your beingness.
As you gently bring this meditation exercise to a close, repeat the mantra of this card three times:
“I THRIVE IN THE NEW AND UNFAMILIAR, EXPANDING THE LOVING, EXPRESSIVE INFLUENCE OF MY SOUL, FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD.”
And so it is!
