We are in such waves of change. Being in our truth and integrity is what is being asked from us. Each day we are discovering more and more what this truly means. It is a process. With each burst of clarity, we are seeing and FEELING more clearly. We are being asked to be honest with ourselves and with others. This may be especially challenging around the holidays. Yet, with practice, it is not only becoming easier to do, we are finding there is no other way to BE.

Take some time today to breathe into this message. Bring yourself back to center as often as needed. And, allow the truth of who you are, your beliefs and your behaviors to come forth to you.
