What are your instincts telling you? Are you listening?

There is so much noise in this world that it is important that we cultivate the time and the space to be able to hear and feel our own rhythm. This is an invitation into alignment - into heart coherence - which may be achieved simply through intention and focused breathing. Doing so, not only allows us to feel more resourced, it also allows us to bridge dimensionality.

We have learned to see answers and authority outside of ourselves. We are now reclaiming both. This is a powerful part of reclaiming our sovereignty and embodying empowered presence.

This is the way we become the infinite, creator beings we already are.

It is also what “the answers are all within you” truly means.

Sovereignty and empowered presence allow us to embrace our inner knowing and our inner wisdom - which are 5th and 7th dimensional, respectively.

And it allows us to leap forward in the creation of our lives through consciousness in a way that benefits the whole.

We are remembering and this remembrance is the revolution we have all incarnated to be a part of.
