You Can Do it!

These rebirth and recalibration energies that we are immersed in during January brings with it the tenderness of a new born. Are you experiencing things as being to much, too bright, too loud, too dramatic? Do you feel like you (or your skin) is so sensitive that you just wish to protect yourself? Have things from the past crept forward and brought forth doubts that having you wonder if you should give up, if things will ever change, if you’ve made a mistake or are doing something wrong? Are you feeling fatigued? Are you wondering if you (and/or humanity) can actually make this shift of consciousness?
If you are having an of these arise or anything similar, you are not alone in these thoughts and feelings. You are NOT stuck and things are NOT going backwards. This is a profound moment of transformation. Everything seems to get messy just before there is a breakthrough. And old doubts and, perhaps even old inner voices, creep forward with old doubts.
No matter how it may look or feel, NOTHING is the same. And, it will never be the same again. The energetic infrastructure that supported the old patterns of behavior are crumbling. We are at greater choice and freedom than ever before in our lives.
Olwen, the Welsh Sun Goddess, is offering you a tremendous amount of encouragement, support and a huge influx of her golden energy. Allow her to support you in addition to your guidance teams and Gaia. Her message is:

These are the perfect energies to cultivate as we get ready to set our intentions for tomorrow’s full moon. The frequency with which you set your intentions and hold thereafter plays an enormous role in what then manifests in your life. Allow yourself to be flooded by the healing and expansive energies of the sun. Allow them to fill you with hope and possibility. Allow them to fill your cup so you feel more resourced and rejuvenated.
