Your Value is Non-Negotiable
Today we are reminded that we are valuable - period.
This return to self-value is part of our reclaiming our sovereignty and empowerment.
Most of us have been taught to externalize our sense of value since we were born into these avatars. This opens us to external control and manipulation, to people pleasing, to sacrificing ourselves, etc. in order to validate our sense of belonging, to be loveable and loved. This keeps us always looking outside of us and disconnected from our authentic self-expression.
Thus, today is a clarion call asking you to come back to self, to embrace your innate value, to allow yourself to feel the love of Source and Spirit for you, to allow yourself to feel your soul’s love for you, and to embody more of who you truly are.
The easiest and most direct way to do this is through heart coherence. Take a few moments multiple times a day to breathe into your heart space and allow yourself to come into alignment. The more you do it, the more you will want to do it ;) and the sense of inner peace will begin to radiate out from you throughout all areas of your life no matter what you are experiencing.
You deserve, Dearest Beloveds. You are worthy. You are valuable. You are love. And you are loved.
The only approval you need is YOU! And only you are able to allow yourself to receive this. Are you willing?
