Rediscovering the Connection with Your Higher Self/Soul Self

We are in a time of profound transformation and constant change.

All around us there is chaos, drama and tumult - less and less seems predictable or knowable – resulting in greater uncertainty and fear both individually and collectively.

Fear is amplified by the very real physical insecurities stemming from the policies of those in power, including for example immigration, finances, the job market, tariffs, food availability and safety, etc. The erratic and violent enforcement of such policies, behaviors of other people, and extreme weather events amplify feelings of chaos and insecurity even further.

Thus, how do we create a sense of safety and embody our own equilibrium that will assist us in navigating these storms of change?

The answer to this question is by connecting with our Higher Selves, also referred to as our Soul Self. Access to our Higher Selves allows us to not only feel a deep and unshakeable sense of safety, it also allows us to release ourselves from illusion, polarity, and density. Through this connection we become able to embody greater wholeness and inner peace, thereby restoring to ourselves hope and personal empowerment as we navigate the many challenges before us.

Join us on September 14th, 2025, for an afternoon of discussion, energy healing and crystal therapy that will allow you to cleanse and release unwanted energies, access your Higher Self/Soul Self, and create and embody a new sense of hope and safety in your life.

In this interactive class, we will (1) experience meditations to expand your perceptions, open your heart, and connect with your Higher Self/Soul Self; (2) experience an energetic cleansing and release; (3) receive a Reiki healing attunement; (4) receive an energetic alignment with your quantum DNA blueprint; and (5) discuss simple practices that support your body, mind, and space in fostering and maintaining a sense of safety and hope.

This class will be held in Pasadena, CA on September 14, 2025, from 12 to 3:30pm PT.

Discover the Benefits of Working with Crystals to Support Your Multidimensional Healing and Transformation

Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated with crystals.  If there were any stones in people’s houses or shops that I would visit with my parents, I would be drawn directly to them - almost like a magnet.  Other times, I would collect stones from nature, especially those tumbled in the surf of the ocean.  As I connected with the stones, the rest of the world would fall away, and I would be content to spend hours with my new friends.  

Whenever possible, I began to collect crystals and was particularly drawn to amethyst, malachite, lapis, and tiger’s eye.  I did not understand the metaphysical properties of the stones at that time, I only knew that I felt comfort and peace in the presence of these crystals.  They provided the safety and security that my physical life lacked.

My love of stones only amplified as I got older and my fascination and interaction with them deepened.  I began to learn more about the wonderful varieties of crystals in the world, as well as their uses for healing purposes.  I became a kid in a crystalline candy store.

With the reemergence of my extrasensory capacities, I found that my dear friends were sentient and that my relationship with them really did exist multidimensionally.  It was not my imagination!   

Thereafter, crystals continued to assist me in opening further to my metaphysical gifts, as well as in supporting me through challenging life transitions.  Later, I began to use crystals in metaphysical work with clients – even in healing modalities that seemingly had no relationship to crystals.  The stones themselves provided guidance that was not in any book or class and assisted clients undergoing deep transformation and healing.

Crystals have brought tremendous miracles into my life and those with whom I have been blessed to work. I continue to be amazed at and profoundly grateful for the limitless possibilities of working with crystals and the joy and support they bring to me personally and to my clients.

With the activation of Gaia’s crystalline grid, along with the recent solar light infusions, crystals are now vibrating at a higher frequency allowing them to provide even greater assistance and multidimensional access to information.
