Greetings from Panther Meadows this beautiful morning! This magnificent alpine meadow sits atop Mt. Shasta and is an extraordinary visual and energetic experience.

The sacred spring flows through the meadow nourishing its many inhabitants. I was awestruck by the dancing butterflies, dragonflies, bees, and hummingbirds.

Being there invited breath and connection.
