Witness to the Observer

Today, we are reminded of the level beyond the observer and invited to embrace the witness to the witness.

This is consciousness.

This is the part of you that contains all of you. It is the everything.

This awareness includes the physical, mental, emotional levels and remains connected to Source energy at all times for it is part of Source. This is an invitation into wholeness.

Many of us have practiced being the observer - some for years now. As we step out of chaos and allow more stillness, we begin to encounter the witness to the observer within us.

This aspect is not reached by striving or trying; rather, it surfaces from within us. It surfaces through allowing.

It does not require hours of meditation; it can be reached through consistent brief moments of silence - moments of stepping out of the noise, the static, the chaos - moments of breath and attention.

Invite the witness to the observer to come forth into your experience today and the days to come. Gently listen with all of your beingness and see what surfaces within you.

to see all that you are:
everything.
