Awakening and Restoration at Cellular Level
This card is an invitation into embodied presence. Embodied presence is the key to embodying more of our multidimensionality.
It is also the key to activating the dormant and latent aspects of our DNA. Within human DNA are extraordinary capabilities to heal on all levels. We have forgotten much of this healing and have been taught that doctors and medications are the only way for us to heal. While there are certainly benefits to modern medicine, this blanket statement could not be further from the truth.
When we are in alignment, we automatically access the body’s natural state of health and well-being. Laughter and joy are among the fastest ways to come back into alignment. Breathing into your heart space and connecting within is another way to foster and maintain alignment.
It is time to begin to access these innate abilities once again. All that is needed is your intention and attention - your conscious awareness and focus.
Using the mantra that accompanies this card is a great place to start. Breathe into your heart space for several minutes. As the mind quiets, intend to connect with all of the cells in your body; intend that you are in charge and all things that are not in your highest good cease and/or leave the body gently through its natural elimination processes; intend that your body come into its natural state of health and wellness. As you continue to breathe into your heart space and notice how you feel as you repeat these words at least three times:
“IN CHOOSING EMBODIED PRESENCE AT THIS MOMENT, I ATTAIN CLARITY, RECOGNISE MY INNATE EMPOWERMENT AND AWAKEN MY NATURAL HEALING ENERGIES.”
Know that the body is responding to your intention and words, even if it feels very subtle at the moment or you do not sense anything.
