Full Moon In Leo

Today the Full Moon in Leo is exact just after 2pm PST. This full moon offers us deep release of what is standing between us and finding our joy. Combined with the energies of the Sun in Aquarius, we are being invited to find our joy and to share it in service to humanity.

This combination invites us to come into a new relationship with everything around us. It invites us to balance serving the “I” and ego mind with service to the “we.” It invites us into living more fully, as well as into humility.

These Full Moon energies offer us opportunities to let go of limitations from trauma/wounding experiences and the behavior and belief programming we have learned. These energies also encourage us to let go of story, inflated ego, and shadow aspects of false humility and false modesty, which, at their core, are defense mechanisms to avoid vulnerability.

This too is a call into greater authenticity. And greater authenticity is supported by the Full Moon energies which allow deeper access to the subconscious and unconscious. It shines light into the shadow places.

Are you willing to observe what arises for you in your experiences of the last few days and the three days to come?

Are you finding you are triggered or activated around old themes or patterns in your life? Are you willing to investigate, integrate and release these stories?

Are you willing to view things through a new lens?

Are you finding a call to serve self or serve the whole?

Are you feeling the call to expansion?

Are you feeling the call to joy?

Are you feeling right-sized and balanced?

Are you feeling willing to step into the unknown?

If not, what is blocking your path? Are you willing to be curious and dig deeper? Do you notice any fears, any obstacles, any narratives that come forward? Are these real? Are they something you wish to continue to carry as you step more into your authenticity?

If not, are you willing to bless them, forgive (self or others), release them, and begin to live in a new equilibrium?
