Honor Your Energy
Today, we are greeted by the energies of the Korrigan, who is the Guardian of the Sacred. The Korrigan is a shapeshifter, who appears as a crone during the day and a fairy at night. The Korrigan’s message today is to recognize the temple within you and to be mindful of your energy and self-care.
In these energies, it is increasingly important that we put our own oxygen mask on first and then help others. This does not mean that we are of less service; quite the opposite. It means that we take care of ourselves first so that we may be of even greater service to others. This is an invitation into assess your needs and attend to them. This will facilitate your ability to get into coherence and to maintain it. It will also allow you to have the bandwidth to see what is arising within you and to bring more of your conscious awareness to each moment in your life. This allows you to respond to the world from that place of connectedness.
Most notably, responding from a place of connectedness allows you to continually release and let go of any fear that arises. Fear is the illusion. As we have spoken of, it comes from the Illusion of Separation that has been intentionally ingrained in our structures - religious, political, familial, societal, etc. It is everywhere. And, it is false. This is the deconstruction that is currently taking place. Knowing this in your heart is key to the remembrance of who you are and the reclamation of your empowerment.
When fear is released, you are then able to remember and embrace your mastery.
Take the time to connect within today. Invite forth the presence of your guides and angels. As you breath in and out slowly and deeply consider the following:
Are you valuing your own energy?
Are you taking care of your well-being?
Are you taking time to come into and maintain your heart coherence each day?
What do you need today?
What would most support you today?
As you go through your day, you may wish to uses the invocation that accompanies this card is: “I value my inner temple of sacred knowledge. My energies are precious.” Be grateful and know that you are loved beyond measure.
