If You Dream It . . .

FB Power of Positivity

Take a deep breath and reread the above quote.

This simple statement is a truth of the Universe.

What does it evoke in you?

Does the mind come up with - “that’s nice, but …?” Does it say well maybe in this one way or area of life, but not in another? Does the mind begin to make a list of examples or reasons why this is not true for you, even if it might be for another person?

Take another deep breath and notice what comes forward for you. Remember, there is no judgment and no wrong answer. It is merely an opportunity to have greater awareness of self.

As you take another deep breath, consider the things in your life that you have done that seemed impossible when you first thought of them. What comes forward for you? Are you willing to recognize all of the many things you did not know how to do, or what to do, or when to do, or who to do with? And, yet, you figured out not only how to survive, but to thrive. Are you willing to be proud of yourself?

And, in the areas where things have not yet manifested, are you willing to let go of judgment and disappointment? Are you willing to let go of “potential” disappointment - in other words - choosing not to because it hasn’t yet and thus may never? What do you notice about your thoughts and beliefs? Whose voice are you hearing?

As you continue to gently observe your thoughts, do you notice how quickly the mind will say “no” or come up with reasons “why not?”

Are you able to recognize how these types of thoughts and their resultant frequencies have become the saboteurs of your dreams? How they limit the reality you are able to manifest and create?

We are being afforded opportunities each day - many times a day - to embrace more of our and the Universe’s limitlessness. Today’s invitation is to gently become aware of your thoughts and the mechanisms of the mind that automatically reject opportunities and dreams out of habit and protection - and - then, to actively choose more possibility and more of your dreams.

Are you willing to change the list of ‘why nots” into the hopeful response of “why not, let’s try it?”

As you go through your day actively making new and more expansive choices, how do you feel? What do you notice?

We would love to hear of your experiences in the comments section below.
