Once In a Blue Moon

Today we are greeted with the energies of the Blue Moon in Sagittarius. A Blue Moon is the second full moon occurring within the same month. This brings forth the energies of opportunity. And, with Uranus (among others) in the mix, it offers us unexpected and rapid changes.

Sagittarius offers us truth and, in particular, truth from the chaos. This continuing theme of 2026 gets a significant boost in these energies. As we go through the next several weeks, we are likely to see even more disclosure coming forth. This can already be seen in the flow of information about us being not alone in the Universe. In addition, more and more we are learning about technologies and other truths that have been purposefully kept from the collective. With each wave of revelation, humanity is being asked to reassess its individual and collective values - to assess who we really are and how we wish to treat ourselves and one another.

The combination of Sagittarius and Uranus energies today also offers us the opportunity to release the chaos of our minds, including worry, doubt, and overthinking. We are being invited to see the world with new eyes. We are being invited to see ourselves with new eyes. Things are changing more rapidly than we are aware. Again, we are each being asked to reassess our values and belief systems. This invitation asks us to allow our hearts to guide us through the maze of our minds, especially in the energies of chaos for the heart always knows the truth and the way forward. As we allow ourselves to increasingly trust our inner wisdom, we will find that we do not get swept up in the current wave of energies and are more easily able to ride the next incoming wave.

These energies also provide the opportunity for leaps in our conscious awareness. We are likely to experience “a ha” moments and epiphanies. Things that didn’t make sense are likely to begin to “click” into place and into embodiment from concept. Black Moon Lilith is also in the mix of the energies today - and along with Uranus - provides us access to our shadow and to the stories we have been telling about our lives. This access accompanies the invitation to discover the stories we have been telling about our lives on a subconsious and conscious level and to choose to change the “mythology” we have created about ourselves. Are you ready to rewrite the story about who you are? Are you ready to release guilt and shame? Are you ready to choose differently for yourself? Will you choose to see your life through new eyes? Are you willing to choose greater compassion for self and for the collective?

We must leave behind the old in order to embrace the new. We cannot take it with us as the saying goes. And this Full Moon offers us the opportunity for release on steroids, also as the saying goes ;). Are you willing to step through this Full Moon portal and leave behind the proverbial baggage of your past? Can you envision yourself walking into sunlight feeling lighter and more free?

‍ ‍We are coming into a new relationship with self. We are coming into a new relationship with being human. As the old comes up, have the courage to look at it through the eyes of your heart. You do not need to have all of the answers. Allow life to move through you and to reveal to you all that you need to know. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself as we embark on another wild ride that is taking us home to who we truly are.

May you discover something beautiful about you and the world today that brings forth deep healing, new curiosity, and excitement for all that we are becoming.
