Trust the Timing
So often we think we should be somewhere other than where we are. This includes that we should have healed faster, moved forward faster, done something differently and/or more quickly.
As we return to a new sense of sovereignty, we are being invited into a new relationship with our process and the time it takes. This too is all about presence. Thus, today’s invitation is to trust the timing and to appreciate exactly where you are in this moment of now.
When we allow that we are exactly where WE intended ourselves to be - exactly where WE chose to be - in this moment of now, we begin to create more space around all of the things in our lives - those we enjoy and those we do not prefer.
We also begin to embody the remembrance that it is not about getting it done. It is never about being finished.
As an infinite being of consciousness, we are never done.
This remembrance is fundamentally different than the mind/ego in its survival mode. Whether it is from the mind/ego’s fear of survival, fear of being unloved, and/or fear of being unworthy, the mind/ego is always trying to check things off the list or get through experiences and onto the next thing. We also have been taught to fear running out of time. We have learned this so well, that we also often apply it to spiritual work - which we are beginning to remember actually includes everything in our lives ;).
The reminder to slow down, to simplify, to allow, to BE present is the invitation into a new embodied state of being. This is what we are and will continue to be offered. It is all up to us in each moment. We can breathe and allow or we can try to control the chaos and unknown. If we are willing to trust the process and the timing, life force can move through us and we are able to work in partnership with Spirit. Oddly enough, trust often results in things moving much faster than we expected and we are able to have less stress and more fun in the interim process.
How present are you in your day today?
How willing are you to allow your growth and expansion to proceed at its own pace?
What are you trying to control? To figure out? To resolve?
Are you willing to simplify and slow down?
What do you notice when you breathe and connect with your heart space?
What do you believe about where you are in your life - and - where you “should” be? Why “should” you be anywhere else? What judgments are active in this? Are you willing to release them?
What if all you had was time? What would you do today? Who would you be?
Are you willing to begin to live life outside of the illusion of time?
