Where Will Your Excitement Lead You?

Today’s invitation is to follow your excitement. Often this gets cut off by the brain before we even get started. The brain may say: “I don’t really know what I want to do” or “I don’t have time.” Then, it may say: “I don’t know how it would be possible.” And, it continues from there.

It is actually less important what the topic of excitement is or whether it is large or small; rather, it is more important that we actively make choices that we prefer - about everything. This brings us present and we engage our sovereignty and personal empowerment.

It may begin with something very simple. As you begin your day, consider the following: What would you like for breakfast? What kind of tea or coffee would you prefer? What clothes do you feel more excited to wear today?

Each one of these questions invites your intention and attention. And they allow for the the opportunity to step out of habit and routine. This is an invitation into conscious awareness and active co-creation.

As you go through your day today, make this a game and notice the choices you are making. At each opportunity allow yourself to follow what you are more excited about - even if it is just a little bit more excited than any other option.

You may wish to make notes or journal about what you are experiencing.

If you allow it, this is where things may really become interesting. For as you follow your excitement, your inner child(ren) may also begin to participate and you may notice things you prefer that you were not even aware of. Welcome your innocence to participate and see where it takes you.

What do you notice?

Do you find resistance arising at any point? If so, what is is about?

Do you find more enjoyment as you go through your day? More flow?

Do you find you have more energy?

Do things seem more beautiful? More vibrant?

Do things feel more possible?

Our natural state of being is one of excitement and zest for life. As you follow your excitement, you begin to actively create more joy, more ease, more abundance, and more miracles in your life. Life is meant to be joyous and fun-filled.
