Words Are Important

FB Power of Positivity

Whether you speak to yourself out loud or within your mind, your body and cells are listening. More than listening, they are responding in accordance with those words. Are you aware of what words you are speaking to and about yourself? Have you learned to criticize yourself? Have you internalized the criticisms and judgments of others?

We have learned to discount this and to not believe our words have any impact. You may be familiar with some of the ways we do this - for example - “I was just joking. I didn’t mean it. I was just frustrated.” - and the like. Notably, our cells do not know we are “just joking” or “don’t mean it” and, thus, transform in response. Over time, this may result in various forms of dis-ease.

Significantly, the opposite is also true. When we choose to speak to ourselves with love and words carrying higher frequencies, our cells also respond by coming into greater health and alignment. We also come into connection with our hearts, our intuition, and our Higher Selves. This transforms the body’s ability to hold light and also activate latent aspects of our DNA as well.

As you go through your day, bring your attention to your thoughts and to your words.

How are you speaking about yourself?

How are you speaking to your self?

Are you kind? Are you compassionate? Are you loving?

If you are not, are you willing to change your words and your narrative?

Do you notice a change in how you feel?

This exercise is valuable to continue on an ongoing basis. As we treat ourselves with more love, compassion and kindness, we also become more able to treat others similarly. This love invites us into greater Unity Consciousness.
