No Remorse

Today’s message is a reminder of frequency. When we have a desire and begin moving in the direction of that desire our brains often begin to make lists about the many things that could go wrong. The desire itself originates from a certain frequency. It is then our “job” if you will, to stay in that frequency or continue to raise our frequency so that we are in alignment with the manifestation of what we desire.

When we start to figure out what might go wrong and control ahead of time for each potential problem, we are putting our attention and intention on manifesting the problems rather than what we desire. This does not mean we are ignorant of potential foot falls; it means that we do not allow the problems to become our focal point. In other words, we consciously bring our attention back to the present moment and focus on what feels best in each moment.

When our brains go into survival consciousness, they undermine our goals by undermining our frequency. Sometimes this is appears as anxiety, sometimes as full blown panic. It does not mean that we will not feel nervous or that we will not have doubts or frustrations as we move through the lives we are creating. It does not mean that sometimes we will not feel like we are melting down. The difference, however, is how long we stay in that energy. We have been taught to stay in that energy as both a shield and a weapon. We learned that if we suffer, then we have earned what we desire; and that if we suffer and we fail, we have earned some form of absolution from that failure.

We are now remembering that we are in charge of our frequency, which directly impacts what we experience in this world. We are being asked to consciously draw our attention to what we desire and to stay in alignment with it for as long as it remains our desire. We are being asked to give ourselves permission to want and to dream; and then, to give ourselves permission to receive what we desire. All of this is frequency from beginning to end - and there are many choices along the way that we are making whether we are conscious of them or not.

How are you showing up in your own life? Are you allowing inspiration and desire to well up from within you? What do you do after a new desire emerges? Do you take actions that are inspired? Do you tie yourself up in a pretzel trying to figure out how to do it? Do you notice fears of “failure” arising within you? Do you notice anxiety? Are you judging or criticizing yourself or others? How do you respond when these feelings surface? Does your brain begin to spin? Are you sidestepping your emotions and ignoring them? Are you giving yourself space and grace for things to move through you and be released?

Each emotion is a piece of information. Each day and each choice will provide you with more information. We are not meant to have it all figured out in advance. We are emerging with each experience. And that is the point and powerful invitation of presence. There are no mistakes and no failures. Each moment of our lives is an opportunity and an invitation into greater wholeness, remembrance, and expansion.

Is your frequency aligned with your desires today?

If not, you are just a few breaths away from coherence in any moment. And you will learn something important about yourself each time you return to heart coherence and alignment.

Here is a quote from Abraham-Hicks on this topic:

“You have heard of buyer’s remorse? It really could be more accurately called desirer’s remorse.

Desirer’s remorse is having a desire but not maintaining the vibrational frequency of it. You are letting the reality that you are observing control your vibrational atmosphere, and therefore you are not staying up to speed with your own desire. Your desire isn’t wrong. You didn’t make a mistake. You just didn’t stay up to speed with your desire.” (Sedona, AZ on 3/15/14)
